Adding a Site License

Many universities have a site license agreement that lets their students, faculty, and staff use Citavi at no charge. If your institution has a site license, take the following steps to get your license key:

Adding a site license if you haven't created a Citavi account yet

1.Go to the list of universities with a Citavi site license.

2.Select your university.

3.Select whether you are a student or a staff or faculty member.

4.Follow the directions on the next page.

Please contact us if you don't see your university in the list.

Adding a site license if you've already created a Citavi account

1.Log in to your Citavi account.

2.Click Licenses.

3.Click obtain a site license.

4.Select your university.

5.Select whether you are a student or a staff or faculty member.

6.Follow the directions on the next page.
