Why Don't I See my Site License?
If you want to view your site license in your Citavi account, you may see the following message instead: "You can only get your license when your computer is in your university's or organization's IP range".
Why is this message being displayed?Your university or organization gave us an IP range within which site license keys can be requested. The computer needs to be in certain address range (IP range) within the university or organization's network. If you are working off-site, you likely will not be in the IP range.
Here's what you can do: Wait until you're in your university or organization's network again. Then, log in to your Citavi account again.If you set up a VPN connection, you can then connect to your university or organization's network when you are off-site.
