Email not Confirmed in Time?
If you add a new email address to your Citavi account, you need to confirm that this email address belongs to you. You will receive an email address with a confirmation link. Make sure to click the link within 72 hours.
If you request a confirmation email again, the link in the previous email will no longer work. Click the link in the email you received last.
If you did not confirm your email address within 72 hours, please do one of the following:
- Were you trying to create a Citavi account? Click the link in the email you received last. There you can request a new confirmation email. If you already deleted the email, please contact the Citavi Support team.
- Were you trying to add an additional email address to your Citavi account? Click Profile and then click Email addresses. There you will find a link to request a new email.
