You can reach the Citavi Team by clicking the question mark symbol in the upper-right corner on all Citavi pages.

After clicking the question mark, you'll see additional question marks on the page. You can get additional information on a certain feature when you click them.

You will also see an Additional help button. This opens a panel with additional help options.
