Using Citation Keys
- Click the gear symbol .
- Click General settings.
- Click Citation.
- Enable Citation key support.
- Select a citation key format.
- Click Close.
Citation key formats
Citation keys play an important role in certain citation styles. In descriptions of the different citation styles, you can learn whether a particular style uses citation keys, and, if so, which one. Besides the universal citation key format keyword the following citation key formats also exist (for use with corresponding citation styles):
