Merging Groups

If you want to delete a group and add its contents to a different group, you can merge the group with another group.

1. Click the gear symbol .
2. Under Lists, click Groups.
3. Press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking both groups that you want to merge.
4. Click Merge .
5. Select the group you want to keep.
6. Click OK.

Citavi adds all references and knowledge items from the deleted group to the other group.
