Removing Items from a Group

To remove a reference or Knowledge item from a group,

• click in the References workspace on the desired reference and switch to the Content tab, or
• switch to the Knowledge workspace and und double-click the desired Knowledge item.

Choose one of the following methods:

Using the mouse to remove a group assignment

1. Click the desired group.
2. Click Delete.

Using the keyboard to remove a group assignment

1. Place the cursor in the Groups field.
2. Remove the Group with the Backspace key.

Using the panel to remove a group assignment

1. Click the Groups field name.
2. In the right column, select the desired group.
3. Click Delete .
4. Click OK .
