Enabling or Disabling the Citavi Icon

There may be situations in which the Picker symbol is in the way, for example when you are taking a screenshot for a presentation or editing the source code of a webpage. In such situations, you can deactivate ISBN and DOI recognition.

Turning off ISBN and DOI recognition

1. Open a webpage in your browser.
2. Right-click the page.
3. On the shortcut menu, point to Citavi Picker and then click Settings.
4. Click to remove the checkmark next to Automatically recognize IDs.
