Retaining and Organizing Knowledge

Citavi offers you many tools for organizing information and knowledge gleaned from your references according to your needs.

If many of your texts are available in digital format, we recommend using the Citavi preview pane to work with them. The preview pane allows your to read and annotate your PDF files. You can highlight text and click to add it as an abstract, table of contents, or quotation in Citavi. No other program (e.g. Acrobat) is needed.
