Changing the Sort Order for a List of References

By default, Citavi sorts the references in your project alphabetically by author's last name. Publications by the same individuals are sorted by year.

In the list of references, click More and then Sort to sort:

• By short title: A to Z
• By short title: Z to A
• By year: newest on top
• By year: oldest on top
• Most recently added
• Most recently modified
• Highest rated on top

Please note:

The sort criteria designated here will also apply to bibliographies created in Citavi.
