Using drop-down menus

Citavi remembers previous entries for many fields, including:

• Names of individuals
• Keywords
• Periodicals
• Series
• Publishers
• Libraries

If you have previously entered one of these items, you can enter it again by simply typing the first letter(s) of the item until it appears in a list.

• Then select the item by pressing the TAB key or simply clicking the desired entry.
• To reject the suggested entry, press the ESCAPE key.
• To correct a faulty entry, click it and select Edit, or edit the list.
