Using Labels

You can use Labels to mark particular references in your project in the same way that you might dogear or bookmark a page of a book.

Citavi offers two kinds of labels: the flag and the circle.

You can use these labels to prepare a selection. For example, label all the references you have already evaluated with a flag.

Adding a Label to a Single Reference

Next to the selected reference, click one or both of the labels.

Deleting a label

Next to the selected reference, click one or both of the labels.

Applying or deleting labels for multiple references

  1. Select multiple references.
  2. Click More more_o_black.
  3. Click the desired label.
  4. Select the desired action: Set for selected references, Clear for selected references, or Clear all.
