Finding New References

When you add references to your project using the online search function or the Citavi Picker, Citavi assigns the new references to an Import group.

You can use import groups to examine the results of a search one reference at a time.

Viewing recently added references

  1. In the Show column, click More.
  2. Click Import groups.
  3. Click an import group.
  4. Citavi displays a selection of references that were added at a specific point in time by you or another team member.
  5. To see all the references in your project again, click the close iconcancel.

Deleting Import Groups

  1. In the Show column, click More.
  2. Click Import groups.
  3. Click the desired import group. You can also use the Pushpin pin0 to select multiple import groups.
  4. Click More more_o_black.
  5. Click Delete and confirm deletion by clicking OK okay_o_black. Citavi will delete the designated import groups, but not the imported references.
