Use the Tasksworkspace to maintain an overview of all your tasks. The list will be less cluttered if you set the switch to only open tasks.
You can use filters to help you find the most important tasks quickly, for example:
- If you are working in a team, click My Tasks to see only your own work.
- If you are at the library, filter by Task type. Then you can concentrate on the tasks that are typically accomplished in the library: borrowing, returning, scanning, etc.
- If you are short on time, filter by Importance.
