Setting Edit States

If you're creating a complex citation style you'll often have to switch between reference types. You can set the edit state to keep track of where you are for a particular reference type.

Select the status from the Edit state menu. You can also click the circles in front of each reference type..

Hint: If you are editing a copy of Citavi style, on the Edit menu click Set edit state of all reference types to > Undefined.
