Documenting Relationships

Does an author refer to the work of other authors? If so, is the appraisal positive or negative? If you are traciing the developments on a particular topic over time, it can be useful to document such relationships in Citavi.

1 Switch to the Context tab.

2 In the Links section, click the Plus sign icon.

3 Select the reference that was discussed in the To drop-down menu. You can also document whether the discussion was positive, negative, or something in-between.

4 You can see these links when working with the Citavi Word Add-In.
