Printing a Task List
You can use Citavi to create a task list for an upcoming visit to a library or archive so that you don't forget anything while you're there.
1 Switch to the Task Planner.
2 Click Task list. Choose whether you want to print a task list or a list of selected tasks.
3 Print the Task list.
Hint:
Would you like to prepare for a visit to the library? Before printing click the Locations column header. Your tasks will then be sorted according to call numbers so you won't have to walk as much in the library.
