Sorting by Parent and Child References

This add-on requires Citavi 6.8 or later.

By default, Citavi sorts all references in the Reference Editor alphabetically by their short titles. This add-on adds an additional sorting option for the list of references to display contributions in a book underneath the book.

1. On the Tools menu, click Manage add-ons.
2. Select the Sort by parent and child references add-on. Then, click Install and restart Citavi.
3. On the navigation pane, right-click a reference in the list of references.
4. Click Sort.
5. Select By short title (keep parent and child references together). Contributions will then appear indented underneath the book in which they appear.
