Adding a Project Task
A project task is a task that is not directly related to any one reference but that concerns your Citavi Project as a whole, for example, present research at colloquium.
Adding a Project Task
- Switch to the Task Planner.
- On the toolbar, click Project task.
- In the Task field, type the name of the project task, for example, submit proposal.
- Set the due date and importance if desired.
- If you are working in a team, you can assign a task to another team member. Click Assigned to/on. Select the person from the list.
- Instead of or in addition to using a due date, you can also set the task's importance.
- Click OK.
