Usually you will insert your quotations into your document using the Citavi Add-In for Word. If you just need a single quotation and its source information, you can also use the Clipboard. This can be useful if you want to let one of your colleagues know about a text passage, for example.
- In the Reference Editor, on the Quotations tab, select the quotation. Alternatively, highlight the quotation or thought in the Knowledge Organizer.
- Press Ctrl+C to copy the quotation to the clipboard.
- Switch to your document and place the insertion point where you want to insert the quotation or thought. Press Ctrl+V.
This feature cannot be used with the Word Add-In.
