Display names

Citavi keeps track of who has created or changed information in a project.

You can change the display name for these entries. This can be useful if one of your team members' names has changed after marriage, for example:

1. Under Previous entry select the name that should be replaced.
2. Under Replace with either select the new name from the Team list or enter a name under Other. For example, if an anonymous name like Computer 1 should be used instead of Sara Miller.
3. Click Apply.
