Inviting Team Members

You can share your cloud project with as many other people as you want.

Invite a team member

Simply add each team member to the project and assign them a role. As long as you are either the project owner or manager you can add team members. If you're the person who created the cloud project, you will automatically be the project owner. You can assign other roles to the other team members.

1.Open the Citavi Cloud project.

2.On the File menu, click This project.

3.Click Share.

4.Enter the email addresses you want to send an invitation to. You can enter multiple email addresses.

5.If you want, enter a message to welcome your team members to the project.

6.Click Invite. The future project member will receive an email with an invitation link. As soon as the new project member clicks the link, the cloud project will appear on his or her Welcome Screen and can be opened directly from there.

Remove a team member

You can only remove team members from a project if you have the "Project owner" or "Project leader" role in the cloud project.

1.Open the Citavi Cloud project.

2.On the File menu, click This project.

3.Click Share.

4.Select the team member you want to remove.

5.Click Remove.
