Merging spelling variations

At times you might want to merge two keywords that mean the same thing or you might want to standardize variations of the same name.

1 Select the two entries and click Merge.

2 The merged item is applied to all the references and knowledge items that used the old item. Warning: merging cannot be undone.

Hint

You can also merge two list entries by dragging one to the other. With Citavi 6.2 and later you can select up to 20 list entries and drag them to another element to unify spelling variations.
