Collaborating in a Team in the Cloud

If you want to work on a project with others we recommend using the Citavi Cloud. Citavi Cloud has these advantages:

• Your team can have as many users as you want and be located anywhere.
• You can work on the project on any computer on which Citavi is installed. (A web-based version is coming. Sign up here if you want to be notified when the beta test starts.)
• You can assign different roles to your team members: Author, Reader, Project leader.
• You can use the cloud project's chat feature to ask your colleagues questions or give them information.
• You don't need to worry about backing up your projects.
• You can work on your cloud projects offline.
• Searching attached PDF files is much faster, since the files are indexed automatically.
