disable the Add-In for Word.

If you won't be working on a paper or publication for a long time, you can disable the Add-In for Word.

1. Start Word.
2. Click File > Options.
3. Select Add-Ins.
4. On the Manage drop-down menu, click COM Add-ins, and then click Go or Go to.
5. Clear the Citavi Word Add-In checkbox.

To use the Add-In for Word, repeat these steps but select the Citavi Word Add-In checkbox rather than clearing it.
