Customizable Single File Export: Bibliography

  1. In the Reference Editor on the References menu, select Export to Zip.
    The export dialog is displayed.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Select Formatted project bibliography as the file format.
  4. In File naming, select one of the following options:
  1. Select whether you want to export all attachments or only the main attachments.
  2. Optionally, you can choose the following:
  1. (Optional) In Preferences to rename attachments, select an attachment format. You can either choose File to import your own naming convention via a Citation Key Template or customize the default template by selecting Custom. Using Custom, you can define the fields used, formatting, punctuation, and conditional exceptions.
  2. Select any additional information to include, such as online locations, notes, and so on.
  3. Select one of the following export options:
  1. Click Export.
  2. When the export process shows completed status, click Close.
    All files are saved either as a Zip file or in the selected folder, depending on your selection in step 9.
