Customizable Single File Export: Project/RIS

  1. In the Literature module, open the References menu and select Export to Zip. The export wizard is displayed.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Select Citavi project file or RIS file as the file format.
  4. Under File naming, select one of the following options:
  1. Select whether you want to export all attachments or only the main attachments.
  2. Optionally, you can enable the following options:
  1. (Optional) Under Preferences for renaming attachments, select a file-naming format. You can either import your own naming template via File using a Citation Key Template, or customize the default template under Custom. With the Custom option, you define the fields used, their formatting, separators, and exceptions.
  2. If required, select additional information such as online locations, notes, and so on.
  3. Select one of the following export options:
  1. Click Export.
  2. When the export is complete, click Close.
    The files are saved either as a ZIP file or in the selected target folder, depending on the option you chose in step 10.
