Editing Multiple Citations

The citation style determines whether multiple citations are sorted by the order of insertion, chronologically by publication date, or alphabetically.

Changing the Sort Order

You can change the sort order for a multiple citation on the Citations tab. Select the multiple citation and then use the arrows to change the sort order.

Hint

The manual sorting might be overrided by the citation style if the sorting is not set to In the order cited.

Removing a Reference from a Multiple Citation

To remove a reference from a multiple citation, select the multiple citation and then click the delete icon next to the reference you want to delete.
