Information for System Administrators

The Citavi Account and the QSR Identity uses the service SendGrid to send all emails. To prevent our emails from getting caught by a spam filter, we have taken the following steps:

▪All emails are sent from the the domains citavi.com or qsrinternational.com

▪The emails are sent from a servers with a dedicated IP addresses: 167.89.110.178, 149.72.238.31 and 168.245.104.38.

▪We have configured SendGrid so that emails are sent in our name (see the SendGrid documentation for whitelabeling for more information).

If in spite of all of these settings your users are still not receiving Citavi Account emails, please add the email address account@citavi.com to your internal whitelist.
