Adding Books by ISBN Number with the Picker
Often you will come across recommended reading lists online. If a reference for a book includes an ISBN, you can easily add it to your project using the Citavi Picker. Click the Citavi icon next to the ISBN number.

Click the Citavi icon next to the ISBN number. Citavi searches the catalogs that you have selected for ISBN searches. The bibliographic information does not come from the page itself. If you come across a journal article with a DOI name (2) online, you can use the Picker the same way. Citavi searches for its bibliographic information on crossref.org. |

As soon as Citavi finds a result the Picker will transfer the bibliographic information to the current Citavi project. Click OK. |
