Changing a Project Name

You can use the Windows File Manager to change the name of a project:

1. Close Citavi.
2. Switch to the folder \Documents\Citavi 5\Projects
3. Open the project folder.
4. Rename the file.

After you restart Citavi, the old name will still appear on the Welcome Screen. Click the name. Citavi lets you know that the project could not be found and offers to delete the entry from the list.
