Assigning Categories

Categories help you group references, quotations, or thoughts that have similar contents or have something else in common. You can create a category system in Citavi for every project. This category system can be changed at any time.

You can easily transfer a category system to another Citavi project or a word processor (e.g. Microsoft Word®) or a MindMapping® program. You can also import a category system from a Word document or a MindMapping® program.
