Installing on a PC

You can install Citavi on your PC, on a network drive, or on a terminal server. If you want to use Citavi on a Mac with a virtual machine running Windows, please see this guide.

1. Ensure that your hard disk has enough free space.
2. Download the Citavi Setup from www.citavi.com/download.
3. Double-click Citavi6Setup.exe to begin the installation.
4. The assistant takes you through the installation.
5. Wait until "Citavi was successfully installed" appears. You can now delete the Citavi6Setup.exe file or save it for installation on other computers.
