Important Information

To avoid any issues with the Citavi Assistant or the Citavi Word Add-In please follow these guidelines:

• Only save in DOCX, not in ODT or DOC format
• Don't change Citavi fields manually
• Don't abbreviate page ranges with f./ff.
• Don't intert Citavi fields in frames
• Don't insert Citavi fields in Word text fields
• Don't use the "No Markup" option in Track Changes
• Don't mark text as "Hidden" in Word
